Transportation

As soon as we know which IT hardware to collect, our driver will collect it on the agreed day and time. We do not 'cherry-pick', so we will take everything that is IT-related and prepared for transport.

Processing & data security

After collecting the hardware, we first erase all data from the hardware in a certified manner. There will no longer remain any sensitive information on your depreciated hardware. Once all processing has been completed, you will receive a report of the donated hardware and the relevant certificates of the erased data carriers.

Proceeds

You can choose either before or after processing to donate the proceeds to the IT4Kids Foundation or to have them paid to your organisation. In both cases you support the foundation. It is unique in the Netherlands that a processing party donates all profits of the organisation to a charity group.
